We can usually arrange an initial home assessment within 24–48 hours of your first contact. In urgent situations — such as a hospital discharge — we will do everything possible to begin care immediately. Once the assessment is complete, care can often start within days.
The cost of homecare depends on the level of support required, the duration and frequency of visits, and the type of care needed. After your free home assessment, we will provide a clear, transparent quote with no hidden charges. Please call (01253) 851600 for indicative pricing.
Continuity of care is one of our highest priorities. We work hard to assign a small, consistent team of carers to each client so that familiar faces become a comforting part of daily routine. We will always notify you in advance if a different carer will be visiting.

Absolutely. We understand that needs change over time. Your care plan can be adjusted at any point — increasing or reducing visits, changing times, or adding new types of support. We ask for reasonable notice for significant changes, but we always try to be as flexible as possible.
Yes. We provide specialist support for dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, end-of-life care and complex physical disabilities. Our team receives condition-specific training so support is always informed, compassionate and genuinely helpful.
We provide homecare across the Fylde coast including Blackpool (FY1–FY4), Thornton-Cleveleys (FY5), Poulton-le-Fylde (FY6), Fleetwood (FY7), Hambleton, Sower Carr and Stalmine. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, please call us.
Absolutely — we actively encourage family involvement. With your permission, we can keep family members informed and involved in care planning, reviews and day-to-day updates. We see families as partners in care, not bystanders.
We always ensure cover is arranged in advance. You will be notified as soon as possible and introduced to a cover carer who has been fully briefed on your care plan. We never leave clients without support.
